Community & Causes

At Tower Construction, we feel it is important to give back to the communities in which we live and serve, and support worthy causes that make an impact in people’s lives.  A few of the organizations we are proud to support are highlighted here.

Tower Construction is a longtime supporter of Boys to Men Mentoring and the impact they make on young boy's lives. Aaron Molinar has a close personal friendship with B2M founder, Joe Sigurdson and will continue to support such a worthy cause.

"If we can cultivate happy and healthy individual students that are on a path to gainful employment, are connected to society, care about their neighbors—then what you’ll start to see decrease in the community is crime, homelessness, addiction. All those things are a byproduct of a broken system. Boys to Men in partnership with local school districts can solve that problem."  - Dr. David Miyashiro

Every week, mentors show up at middle schools, high schools, and community centers to give teenage boys a community of men who listen, encourage, and empower them. Approximately 40% of the boys participating in B2M programs are growing up without a father.

We Get Water was founded by ​Melinda and Aaron Reinicke who raised the funds necessary to drill their first well in Ethiopia in 2016.  Since then, the nonprofit organization has successfully drilled 26 water wells in 5 countries with 100% of all financial donations allocated directly to the costs of the wells. Aaron Molinar has been friends with the Reinicke's for over a decade and will continue to support this amazing organization.

We Get Water's vision is to build a movement of kind-hearted, tough minded people who together will challenge themselves and change the world by providing fresh clean water to the world. The impact we seek is to bring clean water to communities where there is none and thereby transform individuals, families, and communities.
